SECTION I - PROPERTY COVERAGE

Coverage A - Dwelling
We cover the dwelling on the residence premises shown in the Declarations, including structures attached to the dwelling. Coverage includes materials and supplies on or next to the residence premises for use in construction, alteration or repair of the dwelling or other structures.

Coverage B - Other Structures
We cover other structures on the residence premises separated from the dwelling by clear space. This includes structures connected to the dwelling only by a fence, utility line, or similar connection.

Coverage C - Personal Property
We cover personal property owned or used by an insured while anywhere in the world. Coverage is limited to 10% of Coverage A for personal property at any other residence.

PERILS INSURED AGAINST
We insure against direct physical loss to property described in Coverages A, B, and C caused by the following perils:
1. Fire or lightning
2. Windstorm or hail
3. Explosion
4. Riot or civil commotion
5. Aircraft
6. Vehicles
7. Smoke
8. Vandalism or malicious mischief
9. Theft
10. Falling objects
11. Weight of ice, snow, or sleet
12. Water damage (excluding flood)

EXCLUSIONS
We do not insure for loss caused directly or indirectly by:
- Flood, surface water, waves, tidal water
- Earth movement including earthquake
- Power failure
- Neglect
- War
- Nuclear hazard
- Intentional loss
